Voiceover coaching

Each session will be the length in the product description.

Coaching and consultations are for educational purposes only. No promise or guarantee of employment is being made or implied.

Copy provided by Heather during the session may not be used for any other purpose without prior written consent.

Copy provided by you during the session shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to any other clients of Heather Nichols Coaching.

Sessions may not be recorded without prior approval.

All payments are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions may be rescheduled one time, up to 24 hours prior to the initial appointment time. Each additional rescheduling will be charged a $25 fee.

Demo / sample production

Revision policy

Put this both on the policy page and summarized on every product page.

I recommend:

Corporate Demo

Includes one production revision round.

Changes can include:

  • Music adjustments

  • Spot order

  • Relative levels

  • Minor edit decisions

  • Minor timing adjustments

Does not include:

  • Recording completely new scripts

  • Redoing the demo concept

  • Large creative changes after approval

  • Additional coaching/recording sessions

Standalone Sample

One minor production revision.

Directed Sample

One minor production revision.

If the actor decides after the session that they want to completely rerecord the piece, that's a new directed session.

Video

One revision round for:

  • Text

  • Image selection

  • Minor visual changes

  • Not a total redesign.

BOOK COACHING
